Atherline ("we," "us") builds AI intake and automation systems for service businesses. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it when you visit atherline.com, contact us, or use our services.

What we collect

Information you provide directly: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details you share in forms, calls, or messages. We also collect standard technical data (browser type, pages visited) to keep the site working.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, deliver services you've requested, and send you the messages described below. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

If you opt in to text messages from Atherline (by contacting us, booking an appointment, or submitting a form on this site), you may receive appointment reminders, booking confirmations, replies to your inquiries, service status updates, and occasional review requests. Message frequency varies — typically 1–4 messages per appointment or inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all messages; reply HELP for help or contact business@atherline.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you pay by bank transfer (ACH), your bank account verification data — account and routing details and, where you authorize it, available balance — is collected and handled by Stripe under its privacy policy and is not stored by Atherline. We receive only what we need to confirm your payment: its status, amount, and a payment reference. Payment data is never used for marketing or shared with third parties.

Data retention & your choices

We keep records of consent and communications as required for compliance. You may request access to or deletion of your information, subject to legal record-keeping obligations, by emailing business@atherline.com.
