SMS Program & Opt-In

This page documents Atherline's text-messaging program: what we send, how people opt in, and how to opt out. Atherline ("we") provides AI intake and automation systems for service businesses.

What we send

If you opt in, you may receive appointment reminders, booking confirmations, replies to your inquiries, service status updates, and occasional review requests from Atherline. Message frequency varies — typically 1–4 messages per appointment or inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

How you opt in

SMS consent is collected in exactly two ways:

1. The application form on this website. When you submit the "Apply" / "Work with us" form at atherline.com, the contact step includes the following optional, unchecked checkbox. You must check it yourself; leaving it unchecked never blocks your application:

2. Contacting us first. If you call or text our business number about your inquiry or booking, we may reply by text to that conversation you initiated.

We never purchase contact lists, and we never send marketing texts to people who have not opted in.

How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all Atherline texts immediately — opt-outs are honored across every channel and recorded in an auditable consent registry. Reply HELP for help, or contact business@atherline.com.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Full details: Privacy Policy · Terms of Service.
